- Demonstrated experience in multi-stakeholder coordination, capacity building, and institutional analysis for disaster response.
- Familiarity with modern ICT, information management systems, and public alerting protocols relevant to disaster response.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills; ability to produce high-quality reports in English and Filipino.
- Experience and familiarity with disaster response systems and practices in the Philippines are essential.

The Sales Administrator is responsible for generating, qualifying, and converting leads into business opportunities across Emergency Management Preparedness services, including training, evacuation diagrams, emergency plans, and compliance documentation. This role ensures a proactive approach to client engagement, contributes to business growth, and supports the organisation's mission of building safer, more resilient workplaces.
What you will do:
- Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify potential clients through outbound calls, database research, and referrals. Qualify prospects to ensure alignment with business services and compliance requirements.
- Client Engagement: Initiate and maintain professional communication with decision-makers, clearly articulating the value of emergency management preparedness services. Tailor conversations to client needs and priorities.
- Sales Conversion: Issue simple quotes using company templates, and close sales opportunities in line with revenue targets.
- Client Management: Accurately record, update, and track all client interactions, opportunities, and follow-ups in the system. Maintain data integrity for reporting and forecasting.
- Pipeline Development: Proactively build and nurture a pipeline of prospects to support business growth objectives and reduce dependency on inbound opportunities.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emergency management products and services, industry standards (e.g., AS3745), and compliance requirements to position solutions credibly.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Project Managers, Coordinators, and Graphics teams to ensure smooth handover of confirmed projects and client expectations.
- Performance Reporting: Provide weekly status updates on sales activities, opportunities won/lost, and pipeline health. Highlight challenges and recommend process improvements.
- Quality & Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and mandatory SHEQ obligations.
- Commercial Administration: Support accurate sales documentation, including purchase order confirmations through portals, quote approvals, and general portal management.
What we will love about you:
- Minimum of Senior Secondary education; tertiary qualification in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field desirable.
- Completion of relevant sales, customer service, or emergency management awareness training advantageous.
- Willingness to undertake internal training programs (e.g., WSP WAY, client-centricity modules).
- Sales Experience: Proven track record in tele-sales, inside sales, or client-facing business development. Experience in professional services, training, or compliance-related industries highly regarded.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
- Negotiation & Persuasion: Skilled at overcoming objections, building trust, and guiding conversations toward successful outcomes.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM platforms (any) and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Lists).
- Time Management: Ability to manage high call volumes, follow-ups, and deadlines while maintaining attention to quality.
- Resilience: Comfortable with rejection and persistent in pursuing new opportunities.
- Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with technical and operational teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
