Cebu Summa Water Lapu-Lapu, Inc. (CSWLL) is a dedicated water solutions provider formed to deliver long-term, sustainable water infrastructure for Lapu-Lapu City. Established under a Joint Venture Agreement in 2019, CSWLL focuses on developing and operating a Desalinated Water Supply and Distribution Project to address the city's increasing demand for clean water. CSWLL will supply up to 60 million liters per day of desalinated seawater through a Seawater Reverse Osmosis (SWRO) system. The project, managed by Summa Water Resources, Inc., aims to support economic growth, public health, and environmental stewardship in Lapu-Lapu and beyond.

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hydraulic Engineer located in Lapu-Lapu. The Hydraulic Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining hydraulic systems, managing water resources, overseeing water engineering projects, and applying principles of hydrology and mechanical engineering. The role demands hands-on involvement in the implementation and operation of large-scale desalination plants and other water-related infrastructure projects.

• Experience in Hydraulic Systems and Water Engineering
• Knowledge in Water Resource Management and Hydrology
• Mechanical Engineering proficiency
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Experience in the water industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hydraulic Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred
