Analyzing existing databases to determine missing fields and categorize data types. Leveraging AI tools to enhance data management systems for accurate operations. Collaborating with internal teams to integrate AI solutions addressing data-related challenges. Providing actionable insights to enhance processes aligned with business objectives. This Role Is for You If… Experience: At least 5 years of experience in business analysis with a strong focus on digital transformation projects, including expertise in process improvement, requirements gathering, and the implementation of AI‑driven solutions in organizational settings. Technical Skills: Proficient in AI and data analysis tools, with strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities. Proficiency in tools such as Jira for project management, Power BI and Tableau for data visualization, SQL for database querying, and Excel for data analysis is essential, along with experience in process mapping tools like Lucidchart or Visio and collaboration platforms such as Confluence and Miro. Non‑Negotiables: Excellent communication skills to engage and influence stakeholders. Detail‑oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. Bonus Points: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification with a proven track record in process optimization (ideal). Familiarity with database management and data analysis software.
