GROW is currently looking for a COST ACCOUNTING STAFF to be placed for one of our clients in the multimedia industry.

Our client is one of the top multimedia and creative content and production companies in the Philippines. The company is composed of talented and hardworking multi-taskers who provide their clients with customized, personalized and professional service. The company is engaged in the business of development and production of original content, which includes among others, short and feature length films, shows and programs for multi-formats and platforms, and production and development of branded content including but not limited to TV commercial, online video and other digital video formats, events, and activation, audio visual presentations, corporate video, music video for varied media platforms and formats.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of BS Accountancy and a CPA.
  • Preferably with one (1) year of working experience in cost accounting but new graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Organize, systematic, and has keen eyes on details.
  • Willing to work full time on-site in Makati City.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide a strong support to the Executive Producers in controlling the budget and managing the production cost.
  • Provide the EP and the Controller with sufficient information on the performance of the project by submitting a weekly status report. Recommend ways on how to minimize costs to improve profitability.
  • Ensure that project requirements are given immediate attention. Ensure that their requirements are delivered accurately and promptly to avoid delay in the production.
  • Updates Project Income Statement, from encoding of transactions to preparation.
  • Verify disbursements against production budget. Make sure these are properly accounted for, approved by authorized personnel and supported by official documents.
  • Monday to Friday; 8am to 5pm (Onsite)

REMUNERATION PACKAGE

  • Salary budget of 25,000 Php to 30,000 Php
