The Role Graphic Designer (Remote Set Up) Schedule: Night Shift Location: Remote Set Up Employment Type: Contractual Salary: USD1,400 to USD1,600 About The Role The Graphic Designer plays a pivotal role in creating compelling visual content that enhances client engagement across all platforms. This position requires a blend of creative vision and technical expertise to produce high-quality visual assets that align with client branding and marketing objectives. The role encompasses photo editing, graphic creation, visual storytelling, and brand consistency across all deliverables. Success requires exceptional attention to detail, proficiency with industry-standard software, a collaborative spirit, and the ability to balance creative innovation with tactical execution while meeting strict deadlines. Key Responsibilities Visual Content Creation & Design Conceptualize and create original graphic designs that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives. Design engaging graphics for marketing campaigns, social media, OF, and promotional materials. Develop visual concepts that effectively communicate brand messaging and appeal to target audiences. Create cohesive visual systems that maintain brand consistency across all platforms. Adapt designs to various formats and sizes while preserving visual integrity. Stay current with design trends and apply innovative approaches to visual storytelling. Photo Editing & Visual Enhancement Edit and enhance images to meet project specifications, creative guidelines, and high-quality standards. Retouch photographs to ensure professional presentation while maintaining an authentic appearance. Apply color correction, composition adjustments, and visual effects as needed. Optimize images for various platforms while preserving quality and loading efficiency. Create visual consistency across photo assets used in multi-platform campaigns. Maintain organized digital asset libraries for efficient retrieval and usage. Marketing & Campaign Support Collaborate with team members to create engaging graphics for games and live streams across all client pages. Design promotional materials that drive audience engagement and conversion. Create visual assets for seasonal campaigns, special events, and targeted promotions. Develop template systems that enable consistent but customizable marketing materials. Support A/B testing by creating variant designs to optimize performance. Translate marketing objectives into compelling visual storytelling. Technical Proficiency & Innovation Utilize AI tools and professional photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom) to optimize workflows and improve efficiency. Maintain expertise in Adobe Creative Suite applications (Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro). Implement best practices for file organization, version control, and asset management. Research and integrate emerging design technologies and techniques. Create responsive designs that function effectively across desktop and mobile platforms. Develop efficient workflows to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Collaboration & Communication Work closely with the team to meet deadlines, ensure consistency across visual materials, and align with content strategy. Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute design perspectives. Communicate design concepts and rationales clearly to team members and leaders. Incorporate feedback constructively while maintaining design integrity. Coordinate with content creators to ensure visual and written elements complement each other. Collaborate cross-functionally to align visual assets with broader marketing initiatives. Quality Control & Brand Governance Review and refine images to maintain a high standard of visual presentation while ensuring alignment with client expectations. Verify all deliverables meet platform-specific requirements and technical specifications. Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all visual assets. Conduct quality checks before final delivery of assets. Document design standards and best practices for team reference. Monitor visual asset performance and refine approaches based on results. Strategic Input & Innovation Provide recommendations to enhance the overall quality and effectiveness of visual assets. Suggest innovative approaches to visual challenges based on industry trends. Contribute to the evolution of client visual identities while maintaining brand integrity. Proactively identify opportunities to improve visual storytelling and engagement. Develop style guides and visual systems that enhance brand recognition. Maintain professional discretion when handling unique content types, ensuring confidentiality at all times. Ideal Profile Qualifications 1-2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, with Marketing Agency background or with advertising experience/portfolio. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, Premiere Pro). Strong skills in photo editing, retouching, and color correction. Ability to design for both desktop and mobile platforms. Organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent attention to detail and a willingness to incorporate feedback.
