Job details Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 40 hours Schedule: Monday to Friday (US), 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM Philippine Time with a 1-hour unpaid break Work Arrangement: Work from home Side Note: This is a permanent work-from-home position with an Independent Contractor arrangement. Selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and depend on performance during the application process. Responsibilities Contact guides to welcome them to the marketplace platform or follow up to upgrade their services (e.g., free website and additional features) with measurable goals for product utilization. Train guides on maximizing the company’s technology and services aligned with company goals. Manage and monitor booking-related concerns; coordinate with customers/guests pre- and post-trip as needed. Create unique content and descriptions for guides’ profiles and websites. Achieve targets related to guide engagement and product feature utilization. Collaborate with the Success Ops, Service, Sales, and Leadership teams. Provide feedback and analytics for process improvements and goal achievement. Attend meetings and learning sessions as directed by management. Perform other tasks as assigned by the General Manager, Clients, or Executive Team. Requirements Strong English communication skills (verbal and written) with a neutral or low accent. Experience in technology support, sales, and/or account management preferred. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Resourceful and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
