Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Engage and convert social media followers into customers for client restaurants
  • Implement strategic outreach sequences and create personalized messaging for follower engagement
  • Monitor competitor audiences and engage with potential followers using platform-specific strategies
  • Utilize Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook for targeted engagement and community-building efforts
  • Organize and maintain digital community events and exclusive social media offers
  • Track key performance metrics and refine outreach strategies based on data

Qualifications:

  • Experience in Social Media Management and Outreach
  • Proficient in creating engaging content and copywriting
  • Ability to navigate social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
  • Familiarity with tools such as Clickup, Gmail, and Agorapulse
  • Strong communication skills and a sales mindset

Social Media Specialist (Magnotive postings)

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must have experience as Social Media Manager
  • Amenable to work in night shift
  • Amenable to work on site (Mandaluyong site or Makati site)

Social Media Ads Specialist (Meta Ads)

Remote position

Overview:

  • This role is the social media advertising lead for e-commerce clients, focusing on paid media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook and Instagram, with broader platform experience a plus.
  • Responsibilities include developing and managing campaigns, analyzing performance, optimizing targeting, crafting copy and visuals, reporting ROI, and staying ahead of trends.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social ads with other efforts.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in Social Media Ads
  • Experience with media buying platforms, including Meta Ads
  • Experience in B2B or B2C home and garden industry is a plus
  • Programmatic Ads experience is a plus
  • Strong time management, fluent English, and good internet/video capabilities
  • Include the phrase “Social Media Ads Pro” in CV or cover letter
  • EST overlap required (graveyard shift in PH time or overlap of at least 4 hours)
