Full-Stack Web Developer with HubSpot Experience

Duties Write efficient code by adhering to software development best practices Conduct quality control checks by testing the functionality of web development projects Lead the architectural design, development, and deployment of the HubSpot suite and WordPress websites Work closely with project stakeholders, to ensure a mutual understanding of expectations, understanding unique requirements and ensuring web solutions align perfectly with business needs Configure and customize the HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub to meet the specific needs and goals of the organization Design, develop, and implement API integrations between HubSpot/WordPress and external platforms, such as Google, Meta, Twitter, TikTok, Make, and email marketing databases. Create and maintain custom properties, workflows, automation rules, and templates Data Management: Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the HubSpot platform Import, export, and manipulate data as needed to support marketing, sales, and customer service efforts Integration and Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to integrate HubSpot or WordPress with other tools and systems Ensure data accuracy and synchronization between systems, enabling seamless data flow for targeted marketing efforts. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to maintain data consistency Reporting and Analytics: Create and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to marketing, sales, and customer service Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis Training and Support: Train and support HubSpot users within the organization, ensuring they understand and effectively use the platform Stay up to date with HubSpot updates and best practices and share this knowledge with team members HubSpot Best Practices: Stay informed about HubSpot best practices, new features, and industry trends to continuously optimize HubSpot's usage Implement best practices for lead nurturing, lead scoring, and marketing automation Security and Compliance: Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) within the HubSpot platform Optimize websites to ensure the best user experience by looking at speed, security, and mobile Create website experiences that result in an increase in lead generation and customer acquisition Required Experience Stellar WordPress, JavaScript, HubL, CSS and PHP skills Proficiency in programming using Java, XML, and HTML Working knowledge of MySQL, DNS, and basic server administration 4+ years of full-stack development experience 3+ years building custom themes in WordPress Experience with Woo or other e-commerce platforms Detailed understanding of the development of modules within HubSpot and how those modules tie into a broader solution. Proven experience implementing solutions using the HubSpot out-of-the-box functionalities and custom codes as and when required. Proven hands-on experience working with data sources, APIs, and integration tools to ensure seamless data flow and accurate data management within the HubSpot ecosystem.
