Sales Associate – INGCO

Job Location: C. Cortez Corner Plaridel St., Concepcion, Tarlac
Training Venue: INGCO Head Office, South Caloocan City

Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers in a professional and approachable manner.

• Assist customers in identifying suitable tools and equipment based on their needs and level of experience.

• Provide product information and recommendations on power tools, hand tools, accessories, safety gear, and related products.

• Demonstrate key product features and explain proper usage and safety procedures.

• Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets.

• Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked shelves, product displays, and workstations.

• Stay updated on new product releases, product specifications, and industry trends.

• Monitor product availability and report inventory shortages to management.

• Gather customer feedback and communicate concerns to the appropriate team.

• Follow store policies, safety procedures, and loss prevention guidelines.

• Assist with daily store operations and other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.

• Be willing to provide temporary support at another branch when required.
  

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent; technical or trade-related education is an advantage.

• Previous experience in retail sales, hardware, or power tools is preferred but not required.

• Knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and related equipment is an advantage.

• Good communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to learn about the company's products and sales processes.

• Customer-oriented, proactive, and goal-driven.

• Physically capable of performing retail duties, including prolonged standing, reaching, and handling merchandise.

• Willing to work on weekends and holidays, depending on the assigned schedule.

• Willing to undergo training at the INGCO Head Office in South Caloocan City .
