Job Description Lead and manage the controllership team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. Ensure compliance with local and IFRS accounting standards and regulations. Develop and implement internal controls to maintain financial integrity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and decision-making. Prepare and present detailed financial reports to senior management. Oversee audits and liaise with external auditors for smooth and efficient processes. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to foster professional growth. Identify and implement process improvements to optimize financial operations. The Successful Applicant A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA qualification is required. 7+ years of experience in general accounting, financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls. Must have prior experience in a Shared Service company. Experience in a Big 4 firm is an advantage. 5+ years of experience in effectively managing people. Proficiency in financial systems and tools.
