Procurement Manager

Come Join Us Primary Duties & Responsibilities Supervise the procurement buyer to meet performance goals and KPIs. Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery speed. Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures. Collaborate with internal departments to understand procurement needs and priorities through attending meetings. Maintain accurate procurement records and reports. Coach and mentor buyer to build capability and engagement. Oversee sourcing activities and ensure competitive bidding processes are followed. Monitor and manage procurement-related risks, such as delays, shortages, and non-compliance. Continuously assess procurement processes and recommend improvements. Act as the key contact for procurement-related queries or concerns. Education & Experience A bachelor’s degree with minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or purchasing roles.
