About the Role We are looking for a Data Scientist to turn large, complex datasets into actionable insights and predictive models that drive business impact. You’ll collaborate with engineering and product teams to deploy models and communicate findings to diverse stakeholders, shaping data-driven decisions across the company. What You’ll Do Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured datasets from multiple sources Develop, train, and evaluate statistical and machine learning models to solve business problems Apply advanced analytics to uncover trends, patterns, and insights for decision‑making Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deploy models into production Create clear visualizations, reports, and presentations for both technical and non‑technical audiences Translate complex data findings into actionable recommendations that drive measurable outcomes What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (PhD a plus) Proven experience in data analysis, feature engineering, and machine learning model development Proficiency in Python, SQL, and key libraries (Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, etc.) Strong foundation in statistics, hypothesis testing, and model evaluation Familiarity with big data tools (Spark, Hadoop) and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn) is a plus Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment Why Join Us?
