Sales Lead Position

A motivated and results-driven Sales Lead with at least 2 years of experience in sales or a similar leadership role. This position is a pivotal role in driving sales performance, mentoring team members, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience which fosters a high-performing and customer-focused team.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the sales team to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.

- Implement sales strategies and best practices to boost performance and revenue growth.

- Track and analyze sales metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

- Provide hands-on training and live coaching to team members to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.

- Motivate and inspire the team to achieve goals through regular feedback and recognition.

- Act as a mentor by demonstrating exceptional sales techniques and customer service.

- Promote a customer-first culture among team members.

- Reporting and Collaboration

- Support inventory management and ensure products are well-stocked and displayed.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.

- Prepare and present sales performance reports to management.

- Collaborate with management and other departments to align on goals and strategies.

- Provide insights and recommendations for improving sales processes.

Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in sales, retail, or a related field, with leadership experience preferred.

- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.

- Proven ability to motivate and lead a team in a sales-driven environment.

- Proficiency with sales tools and technology, including CRM systems.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and trends.

- Ability to thrive in a changing environment.
