IT Specialist Server Direct Hiring jobs in Santo Tomas, Batangas. Salary range ₱ - ₱ per year. Company: The First Analythical Services and Technical Cooperative.

1. Identifies individuals, companies, and government agencies as prospective FAST Laboratories customers.
2. Promotes FAST Laboratories services to these prospective customers.
3. Submits an accomplished Customer Information Sheet for the database and term application.
4. Submits price quotations and secures orders from customers.
5. Closes contracts for projects and endorses to laboratory operations through the Technical Sales Coordinator.
6. Maintains and expands business coverage both with new and existing customers.
7. Ensures timely payment collection for the services rendered.
8. Collaborates with the departments (Quality, Technical, Laboratory, Accounting, and Human Resources) for project execution and completion.
9. Communicates customer feedback, concerns, and requests to the concerned department through the Quality Management System team.
10. Participates in trade expositions for market visibility, network expansion, and business growth.
11. Ensures proper and strict implementation of marketing and sales systems.

Job Description

• With 5 years and above experience in a manufacturing company (electronics).
• Preferably with Green Belt Six Sigma trained / certified.
• Strong background in defect analysis, evaluation and improvement.
• Experienced in implementation of Root Cause Analysis (Why – Why analysis, fishbone, etc) and other QC tools.
• Good knowledge and command of SPC, FMEA, 8D and Kaizen.
