This role bridges technical leadership, people management, and strategic execution to ensure engineering efforts align with business goals. What You’ll Do: Lead, mentor, and grow engineering, data science, or solutions delivery teams. Drive high-quality software delivery, aligning engineering work with business objectives. Collaborate with Product, Architecture, and cross-functional teams to define priorities and scope. Manage team roadmaps, resource planning, and performance management. Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and accountable team culture. Identify process improvements and guide teams toward scalable, maintainable solutions. What We’re Looking For: 5-8+ years of leadership experience in software engineering or related technical teams. Proven track record in building high-performance teams, mentoring, and career coaching. Experience managing software delivery in Agile environments and full software development lifecycles. Strong technical acumen with ability to balance hands-on guidance and strategic oversight. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related fields.
