Overview

SPX Express Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines. Role: Driver Strategy Planning Associate, SPX Express. This position supports SPX’s last-mile operations by optimizing driver supply planning, cost efficiency, and incentive schemes.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor driver performance metrics (e.g., productivity, reliability, cost per parcel) across targeted regions and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Analyze driver supply and demand trends to support operations planning.
  • Develop and maintain driver cost projection models for budget planning and headcount strategy.
  • Develop driver payout schemes and incentive/bonus payout schemes.
  • Collaborate with regional and local cross-functional teams (Operations, Commercials, Product) to implement strategic initiatives.
  • Prepare regular reports and dashboards to communicate insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Analytics, Engineering or related fields
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Comfortable working with large datasets and fast-paced environments
  • Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and communication skills
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • 1-3 years of experience in analysis or driver operations is preferred
