Overview SPX Express Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines. Role: Driver Strategy Planning Associate, SPX Express. This position supports SPX’s last-mile operations by optimizing driver supply planning, cost efficiency, and incentive schemes. Responsibilities Monitor driver performance metrics (e.g., productivity, reliability, cost per parcel) across targeted regions and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Analyze driver supply and demand trends to support operations planning. Develop and maintain driver cost projection models for budget planning and headcount strategy. Develop driver payout schemes and incentive/bonus payout schemes. Collaborate with regional and local cross-functional teams (Operations, Commercials, Product) to implement strategic initiatives. Prepare regular reports and dashboards to communicate insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Analytics, Engineering or related fields Strong analytical and numerical skills Proficient in Excel Comfortable working with large datasets and fast-paced environments Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and communication skills Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment 1-3 years of experience in analysis or driver operations is preferred Employment type Full-time Industry / Job function Job function: Other Industries: Internet Marketplace Platforms and Technology, Information and Internet #J-18808-Ljbffr
