The Financial Transactions Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of financial processes within the organization. This position encompasses a range of responsibilities aimed at maintaining accurate financial records and facilitating essential transactions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Oversee Financial Transactions:**
- Supervise and manage financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

2. **Payroll Management:**
- Handle various aspects of payroll processing, including the calculation, preparation, and distribution of paychecks.
- Collect, calculate, and input data to maintain and update payroll information accurately.

3. **Tax Documentation:**
- Prepare and file basic tax-related documents in accordance with regulatory requirements.

4. **Accounting Operations:**
- Manage the general ledger accounting system to record and track financial transactions effectively.
- Balance accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure accurate financial reporting.

5. **Additional Duties:**
- Perform any additional accounting duties as assigned by management, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in financial management or accounting roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial calculations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of relevant tax laws and regulations is desirable.
