Qualifications Diploma or Degree holder in Hotel Management / Business Administration. At least 1 year of experience as a Resident Manager in a luxury hotel environment. Self‑driven, goal‑oriented and willing to challenge the status quo. Upholds professional values, ethics and integrity at all times. Enjoys working as part of a team. Demonstrates leadership competencies. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
