About the job

This would entail providing support in many varieties on Airline's customer service requests on social media platforms in Korean Language.

Candidate must be at least college undergraduate or Graduate of any Bachelor's degree

High level of and proven experience in both Written & Spoken in Korean Language.

Good English-Speaking skills with 6 months-2 years' experience in customer service is preferable.

Good understanding of social media platforms and their respective participants (Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Flickr, Google+ etc.) as needed in the job.

Willing to work onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa, in a flexible shifting or rotational schedule.

Preferably Filipino citizen
