Oracle HCM Solution Architect Onsite – BGC, Taguig Full-Time | Shifting Schedule (as needed) About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle HCM Solution Architect to lead and design enterprise-level Oracle HCM solutions. The successful candidate will play a key role in implementing and optimizing Oracle Cloud HCM applications while ensuring seamless integration across business processes. This position requires strong technical expertise, deep functional knowledge, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud solutions across multiple modules (Core HCM, Performance, Recruiting, Compensation). Lead solution design sessions and collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to align systems with business goals. Provide architectural oversight for Oracle HCM integrations, extensions, and reporting tools. Define and maintain data models, system configurations, and security frameworks. Ensure best practices in SDLC, integration patterns, and enterprise architecture are consistently applied. Optimize and troubleshoot system performance, including SQL tuning , HCM extracts , and Fast Formulas . Collaborate with Finance and IT teams to support cross-functional integrations. Stay updated with the latest Oracle HCM Cloud features, patches, and emerging technologies such as AI/ML for HR analytics and automation. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration , or related field (or equivalent experience). 7–10 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementations . 5+ years of experience working with SDLC , data flow modeling, and enterprise system collaboration (PaaS, SaaS). Strong functional expertise in Core HCM, Performance, Recruiting, and Compensation modules. Deep understanding of Oracle HCM architecture , integrations, and cloud data models. Proficiency in SQL tuning , HCM extracts , Fast Formulas , and OTBI . Familiarity with systems integration, security, user provisioning , and single sign-on (SSO) technologies. Foundational knowledge of AI/ML concepts is a plus. Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig and on a shifting schedule as needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr
