About the Role This role will be based in 6750 Building, Makati City. The Software Engineering Technical Lead will manage a team of IT professionals, ensuring diverse top talent is retained, and oversee the design, development, and maintenance of IT solutions, ensuring security, reliability, and scalability. The role involves engagement with stakeholders and vendors. Responsibilities Build team alignment, ensuring clear understanding of business global priorities; hire, attract, and retain talent; communicate desired work culture; recognize accomplishments. Engage effectively with stakeholders and delivery partners, align and execute prioritized initiatives; support digital enablement of workflows; manage overall performance; raise concerns. Oversee execution and delivery of cost‑effective, scalable, value‑driven IT solutions ensuring high availability and performance, integrating new technologies; enable effective collaboration across a multi‑discipline, multicultural, matrix environment. Broad technical IT experience related to solution performance, reliability, cybersecurity, IT compliance, outsourcing, modernization and agile delivery methodologies; hands‑on technical direction ensuring scalable, maintainable, integrated solutions. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT or related field; advanced degrees or certifications are advantageous. At least 5 years of experience in a technical lead or similar role; proven track record of leading teams. Development experience with .Net C#, Python, Node.JS, Angular; implementation and hands‑on experience with SAP S4 Hana, ServiceNow, Workday; proficiency with SQL, Linux/Unix, Windows servers. Proficiency in cloud computing (Azure), scripting (Ansible, BASH, PowerShell), and data analytics an advantage.
