Responsibilities & Deliverables
  • Lead the development and maintenance of web applications using NodeJS, AngularJS, jQuery, Java, Spring Core, Spring Boot 3, JPA/Hibernate.
  • Lead the design and implementation of user interfaces that are responsive, intuitive, and visually appealing.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
  • Ability to perform root cause analysis on issues and recommend optimal solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and debug application issues and propose effective solutions.
  • Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including backend developers and UX/UI designers, to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends and apply them to enhance the development process.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers when needed.
Required Experience
  • Must have at least 4 - 6 years of work experience building small to large-scale software applications.
  • Must have full stack development experience using NodeJS and SPA Frameworks like AngularJS, Angular, ReactJS.
  • Must have a very good grasp of JavaScript, TypeScript and jQuery.
  • Must have experience in developing APIs using Spring.
  • Must have back-end development experience using Java, Spring Core, Spring Boot 3, JPA/Hibernate.
  • Must have experience in Oracle and Postgres databases.
  • Experience with unit/integration testing using JUnit and Selenium.
  • Experience in Agile and Scrum methodology and practices.
  • Experience leading a team or mentoring junior developers.
  • Ability to work independently or within a team environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Financial industry experience preferred.
