We’re now searching for a Senior Recruitment & Executive Support professional to work directly with our Head of People & Culture. This is a long-term, full-time remote role for someone calm, capable, and thoughtful — someone who takes ownership, communicates with polish, and thrives on doing meaningful work with precision and consistency. What You’ll Do This role combines strong recruitment capability with professional communication and coordination skills. You’ll play a key role in helping Feedwell attract, assess, and support great people — while keeping important projects and communication flowing smoothly. Your week will focus on: Recruitment & Screening (around 70%) Run the early stages of hiring for both Australian and Philippine roles. Write job profiles, source candidates, screen and interview, and present only the best finalists to the Head of People. You’ll refine how we recruit — learning and innovating with us as we go. Talent Engagement & Communication Manage outreach, posts, and messages across LinkedIn, Facebook, and email — communicating in a voice that reflects Feedwell’s tone and standards. You’ll connect with potential candidates, reply to messages, and handle correspondence on behalf of leadership. Project Coordination & People Initiatives Help organise and track key people projects — including staff engagement, training, and performance programs. Ensure tasks are followed through, meetings are prepared for, and priorities stay on track. Research & Executive Support Support the Head of People by researching new ideas, systems, and best practices across HR, culture, and leadership development. Provide concise, clear summaries to support better decisions and execution. Who You Are You’re a mature, grounded professional who takes pride their your work. You enjoy clear communication, structure, and being relied upon for consistency. You you get things done. You may currently be: A Senior Recruiter, HR or People Partner , Executive Assistant with strong recruitment, communication and coordination experience, or A high-performing professional who’s worked closely with Australian or Western companies and desire growth in a long-term role.
