What You'll Do
Lead daily branch operations and service delivery
Drive sales performance and achieve branch targets
Coach and develop a high-performing team
Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction
Maintain compliance with company standards and procedures
Manage branch inventory, supplies, and operational requirements
Monitor performance and submit branch reports
Support marketing and promotional initiatives
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience managing branch operations in a service-oriented business such as fastfood, casual dining, retail, hospitality, wellness, or healthcare
At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory, assistant manager, or branch management role
Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to coach, develop, and drive team performance
Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets, drive business growth, and execute operational initiatives
Strong understanding of branch operations, including compliance, inventory management, reporting, cash handling, and service standards
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to lead in a fast-paced environment
