Strategy and Projects - Middle Mile, SPX Express

SPX Express Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines

Responsibilities
  • Ops Clock & Leadtime: Implement initiatives to tighten sorting center turnaround time and reduce parcel delivery lead time
  • Truck Supply Fulfillment & Productivity: Monitor truck supply/demand trends, support agency management to ensure supply commitment from agencies. Perform analysis on arrival curve and outbound throughput to suggest appropriate shift timing and manpower plan.
  • Truck Productivity: Monitor linehaul truck productivity, perform forecasting on parcel profile to provide realistic truck productivity KPI, implement initiatives to improve truck productivity.
  • New SOC Ramp-up and Volume Planning: Plan and execute volume ramp-up plan and network changes for sorting centers by alignment with other teams
  • Other ad-hoc projects
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Finance, Economics, Statistics or equivalent
  • At least 3–5 years experience in Project Management, preferably in the E-commerce or logistics industry
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and ability to prioritize across multiple objectives
  • Must have project management experience
  • Data analytical skills (Excel) is a plus
  • Understanding of the ecommerce industry in PH
  • Must be willing to station in Podium, Mandaluyong
  • Open for Fresh Graduates
