Overview

Content Analyst - Fundamentals (Spanish) – LSEG, Taguig, National Capital Region, Philippines.

Fundamentals is one of the key verticals within D&A Deep Data Operations, providing financial information to clients on companies across the globe. The role involves sourcing, collecting, and curating content from financial documents and feeds, and using language and market knowledge to meet customer and business requirements.

Role Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities
  • Leverages Spanish language and market knowledge to deliver on customer and business requirements
  • Supports the resolution of client cases by fixing data integrity, missing data, and similar issues
  • Processes data accurately and timely using appropriate tools and knowledge of financial markets
  • Identifies data from approved sources, adds value, or uses data as defined in the collection policy
  • Communicates and collaborates with internal and external teams to support sourcing and data collection
  • Adheres to quality metrics and prioritizes activities to meet business and customer needs
  • Supports assigned projects and meets or exceeds defined KPIs
  • Suggests process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience
Required Skills
  • Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish; daily tasks conducted in these languages
  • Understanding of basic accounting concepts
  • Sound knowledge of financial management concepts
  • Awareness of financial statements and their components
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and good keyboard skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and demonstrate agility

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree
