The individual will drive implementation of regulatory reports to various constituencies (local regulators, etc.) based on local regulatory reporting rules and instructions. The position will have a high level of visibility within the organization and will interact very closely with other Finance and non-Finance functions throughout Citi, including the Businesses, Risk, Treasury, Capital Controllers, SEC Reporting, Financial Planning & Analysis, as well as Enterprise Technology, & Operations.Responsibilities:* Provide oversight to a team of senior team leads and influence collaboration across functional stakeholders to execute complex deliverables.* Monitor technology book of work associated with reports to identify challenges and issues. Drive implementation of projects to mitigate the risk of regulatory commitments.* Direct the team to drive process improvements to enhance the efficiency of the regulatory reporting process.* Serve as a key point of contact for technology and business partners pertaining to automation of regulatory reporting .
