Job Summary

Job Summary: The Delivery Lead will oversee Oracle Practice operations at the company's delivery centers, ensuring successful delivery of Oracle projects and services. The role requires strong leadership, extensive Oracle product knowledge, and experience managing large, multidisciplinary teams and complex projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide delivery oversight across company centers, ensuring quality service and client satisfaction.
  • Lead and support a team of Oracle developers, consultants, analysts, and support staff.
  • Manage project planning, execution, and delivery within timelines and budgets.
  • Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and monitor project performance.
  • Act as the main contact for Member Firms on offshore delivery matters, maintaining strong communication and relationships.
  • Develop operational policies and optimize delivery processes.
  • Ensure efficient resource management and report on KPIs for continuous improvement.
  • Stay current with Oracle technologies and industry trends, driving innovation and enhancing Oracle practice capabilities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field; Master’s degree or Oracle certifications preferred.
  • Over 20 years of relevant experience, with at least 15 years in Oracle technologies and solutions.
  • Proven experience managing large teams and delivering complex projects, preferably in offshore delivery centers.
  • Strong technical expertise in Oracle products (ERP, Cloud, Database, Fusion Middleware, EPM).
  • Experience in global delivery models and managing geographically dispersed, cross-functional teams.
  • Solid understanding of industry-specific business processes and Oracle applications.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Skilled in managing budgets, resources, and project timelines.
  • Amenable to working in Makati with a hybrid work setup.
