About the Role We’re seeking a Support Specialist with hands‑on experience in ISO‑based management systems—specifically ISO 14001 (Environment), ISO 45001 (Health & Safety), and ISO 50001 (Energy). This role supports the implementation, monitoring, and reporting of our Environmental, Health & Safety, and Energy programs, with a strong emphasis on data analysis, documentation, and cross‑functional coordination. You’ll work closely with internal teams to ensure our systems are compliant, effective, and continuously improving. What You’ll Be Doing Supporting the implementation and maintenance of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001‑aligned systems Analyzing program data (energy, water, waste, H&S) to identify trends and improvement opportunities Preparing presentation materials for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, plus ad hoc requests Assisting in documentation of procedures, metrics, and audit records Coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with standards and regulations Participating in incident reviews, audits, and system updates as needed What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field Minimum 2 years of experience in ISO‑based systems support or EHS/Energy program coordination Familiarity with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and/or ISO 50001 frameworks Strong skills in data analysis, reporting, and presentation development Excellent English communication skills—written and verbal—for working with multinational teams Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI) Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to work independently or in cross‑functional teams Highlights Opportunity to learn and grow in a multicultural environment.
