Desktop Support Engineer Team Lead – Leads single point of contact for end users to receive support and maintenance within the organization's desktop computing environment.

  • Ensures optimal workstation performance by installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all hardware and equipment.
  • Troubleshoots IT problem areas (in person, by telephone or via remote access) in a timely and accurate fashion, and provides end-user assistance when required.
  • Supervises Technical Support team, manages escalation, ensures smooth flow of communication; properly disseminates instructions from client.
