Position: Structural Drafter
Location: MoA, Pasay City
Work setup & shift: Hybrid, Day shift

• General Revit modelling and drafting for building structure projects, assisting BG&E drafting teams from Australia, UK and NZ.
• Drafting marked-up drawings and preparing drawings for submission.
• Check and manage drawing sets.
• Work to BG&E drafting standards.
• Work off Autodesk BIM360 and other cloud platforms.
• Collaborate with the local drafting team lead.

• Working knowledge of Revit families and drawing templates.
• Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office suites.
• Dynamo experience beneficial but not critical.
• Autocad experience does not carry any weight.

• Strong English communication skills (oral and written).
• Self-motivated and able to work as part of a team.
• Responsible and able to take constructive criticism to improve according to BG&E standards.
• Dedicated, detail-oriented, and committed to quality work.
• Good time management and willingness to go above and beyond when required.
• Willingness to work morning shift aligning with Australian/NZ time zones if required.

• 4+ years of Revit experience.
• 4+ years of drafting technical experience in Structural Engineering.
• Prior experience with another engineering consultancy in a drafting role is preferred but not required.

We offer a 5-month Fixed Term with the possibility of extending to a Project Contract based on performance.
