You will make a direct impact by: Developing and maintaining a centralized knowledge repository with accurate FAQs, SOPs, and customer journey documents. Collaborating with various teams to ensure knowledge materials are accurate and monitored through version control protocols. Leveraging AI tools to analyze meetings and extract actionable insights that support predictive analytics and decision-making. Leading continuous improvement initiatives to enhance accessibility and effectiveness of knowledge assets across the organization. Championing a culture of knowledge sharing to reduce redundancy and reinforce the value of information as a strategic asset. This Role Is for You If… Experience You have 3–5 years of experience in Knowledge Management, Operations, or Business Analysis, preferably in fast‑paced service organizations like BPO or SaaS. Technical Skills You are familiar with AI tools for transcription, insights, and analytics, as well as version control and taxonomy design.
