Responsibilities

The e-commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated. In this role, you are responsible for making an impact on the team and category growth within the eCommerce industry.

  • Oversee daily management of category account managers and operations
  • Assist category leader to define and execute business development opportunities and category growth strategy
  • Identify and conduct category data analysis, gap analysis, and solutioning
  • Drive relevant category special projects and improve sellers/buyers’ experience

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above, ideally in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in relevant categories, with strong networking to brands and big merchants;
  • Prior experience in team management
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior working experience in ecommerce, business development, and/or strategy roles.
