With at least eight years of relevant work experience as an IT Support Supervisor.
The IT Support Supervisor will oversee and support the daily operations of computer systems and networks throughout an organization. Ensures reliable performance and data integrity in local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), and organization intranets. In this role, Level 3 evaluate the business needs while setting up and maintaining computer networks, monitoring system performance, and collecting data to enhance security and reliability.
