What we’re looking for We’re looking for dynamic sales executives who can innovatively interact with accounts and maintain them proactively. The account executives are expected to be good relationship builders and are willing to challenge the process. Lead Generation and Profiling Diligently builds a pipeline of leads across industries through cold calls and referrals; Actively seeks for referrals from existing clients or connections; Research and gathers enough data to know and understand the client’s needs to help create a winning pitch and proposal; Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, services and new services; Be the primary point of contact and build long‑term relationships with customers Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors; Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives; Liaise and communicate clearly the implementation and progress of projects initiatives to internal and external stakeholders; Forecast and track key account metrics; Work with third‑party vendors to support digital initiatives including ad operations, creative, agency services, paralytics partners, audience extension partners and others; Documentation and Reporting Proper and timely billing of all solicited accounts; Preparation and submission of reports on Account Pipeline, itinerary, call sheet reports, and account information sheets as scheduled and as required by the respective departments; Prepares, monitors and safe‑keeps reports needed by the client and a copy for the department; Revenue Forecasting and Business Planning Assist in forecasting revenue, developing and sustaining a business plan to exceed the digital sales budget; Professional Development Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies; Other Tasks To perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time; Educational Background and Work Experience Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication Arts or any related course. At least 2 years experience in Sales and Accounts Management (preferably selling OOH ads such as billboards, digital LEDs and ambient ads). Exposure on Sales, Advertising and Marketing Trainings is an advantage. Key Competencies and Skills Needed Strong knowledge in Excel and can edit PowerPoint decks Basic accounting skills Excellent written and oral communication skills Adept presentation and negotiation skills What you can expect As a Sales Executive, you shall receive a (sizeable) commission with every deal you close.
