Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage research projects from inception to completion.
- Develop research proposals and design methodologies tailored to client needs.
- Oversee data collection, analysis, and interpretation of results.
- Present findings to clients in a clear and actionable manner.
- Manage client relationships and ensure project deadlines are met.
- Mentor and guide junior researchers, fostering a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in market research or a related field.
- Strong background in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to analyze data and derive meaningful insights.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
