Requirements At least four years of experience in HR roles, including training and development, benefits administration, and performance management Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Strong technical aptitude and the ability to understand and explain job requirements for tech roles Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in the Philippines Solid understanding of HR practices Excellent decision‑making, interpersonal, and communication skills Preferred Qualifications Experience sourcing IT resources with a relevant background HR certifications Benefits HMO with one dependent Paid time off Training benefits 13th month pay Work from home option NOTE: The list of qualifications is a guide.
