About Kirby South East Asia
Kirby South East Asia started its operation in 2008 with its 50,000 MT annual capacity plant in Vietnam. In its few years of operation Kirby SEA has designed and supplied various buildings in Vietnam, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia, Cambodia, Laos, Australia, Bangladesh and Myanmar markets. Kirby South East Asia is a wholly owned subsidiary of Kirby International.
Responsibilities
- Prepare erection document, Daily & Weekly report…
- Prepare Methodology to accomplish job with logical cost.
- Monitor the site-related activities with regards to the scope of work of the Erector to ensure all duties were performed as planned.
- Record all the feedback during execution of the project to have proper, timely adjustments with project.
- Attend meeting with Client, relevant site technical team regarding the project progress.
- Lead and discuss with Client/PMC/ Technical Team to solve the job site issues under CMD scope and assigned authorize.
- On behalf of Kirby to deal and with Client and supervise and assist Erector/installers on job site concern/ issue.
- Coordinate with other Kirby ‘s relevant departments to accomplish successfully the project.
- Assist the sales team to get necessary approval drawings for fabrication
- Verify all the dimensions on-site and align with the approved drawings
- Secure all necessary inspection reports from arrival of materials to handover of the project to customer and all the other required inspections in between.
- Secure the Certificate of Completion signed by client.
Qualifications
- University degree holder (Construction/Civil engineer)
- Over 3-5 years erection experience preferably in the P.E.B / Industrial Structures or Steel structures related domain
- Multi-tasking, teamwork with flexibility and high sense of accuracy and urgency.
- Able to work under high pressure with challenging targets.
- Ability to read Drawings and Specifications and be an expert in MS Project, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power point).
- Good at communicating, organizing, logical and analytical skills
- English and local language proficiency
- Driver's license is plus
Other requirements
- Contractual with a time of 6 months, with a possibility of regularization depending upon the performance
