Job title: Full Stack Developer in Java with hands-on experience in Spring Boot, AWS, and React or Angular.

• Minimum 5 years of experience working as a software engineer using AWS Cloud Platform.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in:
• Java (SpringBoot framework) with strong OOP concepts
• Multithreading and asynchronous programming (concurrency / WebFlux)
• Applying programming best practices (Clean Code, SOLID, etc.)
• Docker and containers experience
• GitLab, CI/CD
• SonarQube
• Spring MVC
• Collaboration with multiple Scrum teams across different products
• Agile software development
• Proactively sharing / introducing technical experience to improve products
• Good English communication (verbal and written)
• Effective communication within teams and with business/IT stakeholders
• Team player with ability to share knowledge and elevate the team
• Strong listening and empathy to understand business needs
• Conflict resolution and constructive collaboration
• Nice to have IaC experience (e.g. Terraform)
• Exposure/experience in Front End Development using Angular & SPA testing frameworks (Jasmine / Karma)

• Translate user stories into technical implementation and produce high-quality code artifacts.
• Collaborate with software engineers, product owners, business analysts, software QA, and Scrum Master to evaluate and develop products.
• Coordinate within and across Scrum Teams on dependencies and design discussions.
• Work in a decentralized Scrum Team and matrix structure with resources across multiple countries.
• Enforce coding standards, security compliance, and governance within the team; provide guidance to junior engineers.
• Establish and adhere to governance and security controls; meet functional and business SLAs.
• Document technical requirements in accessible formats for business users; maintain runbooks.
• Investigate and resolve incidents raised by consumers; conduct vulnerability assessments; review and renew security policies.
• Respond to security incidents and coordinate remediation with other teams; monitor security dashboards and alerts.
