Job Responsibilities You will be responsible for accurate and timely creation and update of customer and vendor master data You will conduct verification call to suppliers to validate the bank information received You will create and prepare up to date documentation (procedures, manuals, template, system settings) concerning the key activities of the master data management You will prepare master data extraction needed by the different business stakeholders Job Requirements You must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance or Information technology You must be knowledgeable in data management and SAP (desired) You must have at least one year experience in business data role; fresh graduate are also encouraged to apply You must have a detailed understanding of the company's business areas, their functions, and their objectives and relating that to associated data structures. You must have a strong analytical, organizational, and troubleshooting skills You must have the ability to manage and adapt to dynamic changes in priorities, resources, and deadlines You must have the ability to work strategically as well as tactically You must have proven process management and execution skills regarding data governance, processes, workflow, entry, and systems You must have proven process executor and idea generator for improvements You must be able to detect inaccuracies and lead problem resolution Your Query and reporting experience is an advantage You must have Microsoft Office platforms (Expert Excel, Visio, MS Project, Word, PowerPoint) #LI-Hybrid #LI-JB1 #J-18808-Ljbffr
