We're looking for a Procurement Functional Associate Director/Director with hands‑on experience in Ivalua, Coupa, and Zycus to drive procurement transformation programs for one of the Big Four global professional services firms. This is a client‑facing role, so you'll be working directly with clients to design, implement, and optimize procurement solutions. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end procurement transformation projects using Ivalua, Coupa, and Cypus across multiple geographies and sectors. Design and implement functional solutions, optimize Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes, and drive digital procurement initiatives. Conduct workshops for functional design, integration mapping, and testing. Oversee configuration, testing, and deployment across client engagements. Mentor managers and senior consultants, contributing to recruitment and internal capability‑building initiatives. Engage directly with clients, including C‑level stakeholders, to provide advisory and thought leadership. Support business development and presales activities, presenting solutions and ideas to clients. Stay up to date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and procurement best practices to deliver innovative solutions. Qualifications 12-15+ years of procurement and consulting experience, with strong hands‑on exposure to Ivalua, Coupa, and Zycus. Proven experience leading large‑scale S2P/procurement transformation programs with direct client engagement. Skilled in functional design workshops, integration design, and testing phases. Strong leadership, mentoring, client management, and business development skills. Familiarity with ERP integration, API enablement, and SQL is a plus.
