Overview Accounting Executive plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and accurate functioning of a company's financial operations. Responsibilities Financial Analysis and Reporting: Analyzing financial data, preparing reports (including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements), and identifying trends and discrepancies. Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Cost Analysis: Assisting with cost analysis and reporting, including preliminary cost analyses and variance analysis. Budgeting and Forecasting: Assisting with the preparation of budgets and forecasts. Other Tasks: Assisting with month-end and year-end closing activities, reconciling accounts, and handling other ad-hoc tasks as assigned. Key Skills Strong analytical skills: Ability to analyze financial data and identify trends. Proficiency in accounting software and tools: Experience with accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or others. Excellent attention to detail: Ensuring accuracy in financial records and reports. Strong communication and interpersonal skills: Effectively communicating financial information to relevant stakeholders. Knowledge of accounting principles and practices: Understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and other relevant regulations. Must be a graduate of Management / Finance.
