Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end-users and resolve IT issues.
• Maintain and troubleshoot computer systems, networks, and software applications.
• Install and configure hardware and software components.
• Ensure data security and backup procedures are followed.
• Assist in IT project implementation and documentation.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends.
• Provide technical support, manage IT equipment, assist with system upgrades, and maintain documentation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in IT support or related roles.
• Skills and Competencies: Proficient in troubleshooting hardware/software issues, networking fundamentals, and system administration.
• Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

• Office environment with potential on-call duties; may involve occasional long hours.
