The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent coordination and project management, with a keen eye for design and exceptional scheduling skills. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards. Coordinate with various talents and media personalities to align schedules, deliverables, and expectations. Maintain and manage detailed calendars for shoots, meetings, and events. Collaborate with creative teams on set design, studio layouts, and visual aesthetics. Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date. Monitor project progress and proactively address any issues or delays. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Provide leadership and guidance to junior coordinators and support staff. Graduate of any 4-year course. Minimum of 2 years experience in talent coordination and project management. Proven ability to manage schedules and calendars with precision. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience working with media personalities such as influencers, vloggers, and artists. A good eye for design, especially in set design and studio aesthetics. Proficient in project management tools and calendar applications. Willing to work onsite in Quezon City. #J-18808-Ljbffr
