About the role This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Risk Control Specialist (Chinese/Mandarin) to join our dynamic team in Makati City Metro Manila. As a full-time Risk Control Specialist, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the risk control processes within our Information & Communication Technology operations. What you’ll be doing Responsible for implementing and maintaining effective risk control measures to ensure the security and integrity of our systems and data Conduct risk assessments, identify potential threats, and develop strategies to mitigate risks Monitor and analyze risk-related data to identify trends and patterns, and report on key risk indicators Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance risk control policies and procedures Provide training and guidance to employees on risk management best practices Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, compliance requirements, and emerging risk management trends Assist in the investigation and resolution of risk-related incidents Other tasks assigned by the immediate superior What we’re looking for Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a risk control or risk management role, preferably within the Information & Communication Technology industry Proficiency in speaking, reading and writing Chinese/Mandarin and English Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify trends Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams In-depth understanding of risk management frameworks, security protocols, and industry regulations Familiarity with risk assessment tools and techniques, and experience in developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies Adaptability and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment What we offer At our company, we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
