In this role, you will be responsible for providing prompt, professional, and high-quality support to our clients through multiple communication channels, including email, live chat, and phone. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service via phone, live chat, email, and social media. Maintain high service-level standards, ensuring inquiries are handled efficiently and professionally. Address client concerns with a proactive and solution-oriented approach. Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer queries promptly. Assist clients with payment-related inquiries, including deposits and withdrawals. Support users in navigating PAMM software and troubleshooting related issues. Investigate and resolve technical concerns regarding MetaTrader trading platforms, including trade analysis. Qualifications & Skills Passion for delivering top-tier customer service with a client-first mindset while adhering to industry best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Adaptability and flexibility to work within a rotating schedule, including Monday to Saturday shifts. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and share knowledge effectively. Confidence in communicating across multiple channels to influence and assist customers efficiently.
