Export Coordination with warehouse/co-loaders, transport, and carriers. File opening Sending booking requests to the carrier (this carrier was previously identified or the carriers we do repetitive bookings with). Reviewing booking confirmation and sending booking confirmation to customer* (agent or shipper). Lodge export declaration Sending cartage advice to transport/warehouse/shipper. Monitoring transport movement to ensure shipment is delivered prior to cut‑off. Generate House Bill (send to agent/shipper for approval). Send draft MBL to the customer (agent or shipper) before submitting to carrier. Process VGM and send MBL instructions to the carrier prior to the cut‑off. Review draft MBL from Carrier and send to agent or Shipper for approval. Review the final BL issued by carrier and enter carrier/co‑loader costs into the Billing tab. Raise Invoice Send complete docs pack/Pre‑Alert to agent or shipper. Monitor departure Chase POD (for DAP shipments) Quotation Prepare quotes for new and existing business. Respond to ad‑hoc requests from agent networks within service standards and develop and follow up on potential business opportunities. Liaise with service providers to source rates in support of quotes requested. Negotiating skills are required here to obtain the best possible costs. Maintain a register of service providers and provide notification when rates expire. Follow up on quotes to record the statistical information on conversion rates. Provide sales and activity reports to the executive director. Updating rates in Cargowise One Do quoting for export. Qualifications Graduate of BS Customs Administration or other related courses. Proficiency in Cargo Wise system. With air export experience with compliance with regulations. Knowledgeable in EDI or Incoterms. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to make data‑driven decisions. He/she must ensure accuracy of data entry. Good communicator in email, chat, and online meetings. Someone who can demonstrate a proactive and timely approach to tasks and goals. Someone who recognizes the need for immediate action, prioritizing effectively, and minimizing delays in achieving desired outcomes. Others Permanent WFH* (terms and conditions apply).
