Nezda Global Quezon City, National Capital Region, Philippines Senior Manager – Record to Report (RTR) Location: Quezon City Schedule: Night Shift Work set-up: On Site Employment Type: Full Time About the Role We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager for Record to Report (RTR) who will lead the end-to-end RTR process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of financial reporting across multiple entities. This role requires a strategic leader with a strong background in process improvement, automation, and transformation initiatives within finance operations. Lead the RTR function covering General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, and Financial Reporting activities across regions or business units. Drive process improvement and transformation by identifying automation opportunities, standardizing global processes, and implementing best practices in alignment with corporate finance policies. Oversee month-end and year-end closing activities , ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to accounting standards (IFRS/US GAAP). Provide insights and analytics to senior leadership to support decision-making and financial performance tracking. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent qualification preferred. 10+ years of progressive experience in RTR / General Accounting / Shared Services, including 5+ years in a leadership or managerial capacity. Strong understanding of end-to-end RTR processes and financial systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP platforms). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
