Qualifications

• 1‑3 years of relevant experience as a qualified technician, mechanic, or tradesperson in commercial refrigeration or HVAC, commercial electrical work or electrotechnology, or commercial appliance or equipment repair
• Strong familiarity with commercial kitchen and catering equipment, including display fridges, freezers, combi ovens, fryers, and commercial dishwashers
• Ability to read wiring diagrams, interpret error codes, and use service manuals
• Clear verbal and written communication skills to explain technical solutions to field technicians and non‑technical clients
• Familiarity with SAP

Responsibilities

• Serve as the direct technical escalation point for Tier 1 support on commercial refrigeration, cooking, and warewashing equipment
• Diagnose complex equipment issues using wiring diagrams, error codes, and service manuals
• Provide technical guidance and step‑by‑step troubleshooting instructions to field service technicians, internal support staff, and key clients
