Foreman (Mechanical)

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site operations and manage a team of workers.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
• Coordinate daily activities, deadlines, and workflow.
• Provide technical guidance and training to team members.
• Communicate with project managers and stakeholders regarding progress.
• Maintain equipment and materials inventory.

• Educational Qualifications: At least High/Senior High School graduate. Technical-know-how on Mechanical Works is a must.
• Experience Level: 3-5 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role.
• Skills and Competencies: Strong project management capabilities; excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Working Conditions: On-site work; physically demanding tasks.
• Qualities and Traits: Proactive, detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Location: Office is located in Las Pinas City; Projects are in Laguna, Batangas, Cavite, NCR and Baguio
